Eating fruit to burn fat is one way of losing weight that many people do not think about, however, it is also one of the best ways to balance your diet as well as burn the fat from your body.  So what fruits burn fat?

There are many fat burning fruits that are both nutritious and delicious. Many of these fruits also have other benefits such as being high in antioxidants or great for your digestive track. But since we are talking about burning fat and losing weight, the very best fruits for fat loss are:
