Fat burning food – food that burn fat

 The fat burning foods are foods that burn more calories than the calorie content of the foods itself. In order to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you consume. This can be done by eating negative calorie foods or fat burning food or foods that burn fat.

Cayenne pepper in particular is acknowledged to have excellent fat burning qualities, as well as other types of peppers.  The compound capsaicin present in chilies can speed up your metabolism and cause you to burn more calories.

Add some dark green leafy vegetables to your food menu these vegetables are rich source of vitamins, minerals and fiber. The fiber helps to burn fat by boosting your metabolism.

Drink plenty of water daily. Drink plenty of water while you are at work, this will help you to eat less. If you are going to snack, eat healthy snacks like nuts, apples, bananas.
