This is why after day 11, you'll want to begin step 2.
Put your super fat burning diet to bed for 3 days! That's right, STOP dieting! Be as bad as you want to be. Eat what you want to eat, when you want to eat it. This will reset your metabolism so that your next 11 days are just as effective as your previous 11. By the way, you most likely won't gain weight during these 3 days off because your metabolism will still be pretty high. After these three days are up, move to step 3.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 as many times as it takes for you to reach your ideal weight!
